Just wanted to shout out the management team at this location - Rachel, Bobby, Aubree, Amber, Tyler, Kendra and Sydney! The store is kept organized, clean and such a fun atmosphere when walking in which makes this my favorite location. Keep up the great work!! ???? Also, the staff they manage is top tier! I think people tend to forget this is a SECONDHAND clothing store that staff’s teenagers. I’ve worked retail and can’t say that I’ve come across a better staff. Helen is always cheerful and explains the buying process so clearly. Dorian always has a smile and is always wiling to help pick out something cute. Leen is kind and welcoming. Nora and Liv are patient and always smiling. Lauren, Kaleb, Destinee and Logan I think are fairly new but the past couple of times I’ve been in the store I have felt like they have been there for quite some time. Answer questions, thoroughly explain the “rewards” program and get me checked out quickly! I HATE clothes shopping, but I will come back to this location every time due to the staff. ????
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Plato's Closet, all thanks to their amazing sales associate, Leen. She was helpful throughout my entire experience. she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered great suggestions. I appreciate her patience, professionalism, and friendly demeanor
Platos closet is my main clothing store to shop at. I've been to many different locations and this one is my favorite! Amber is the most helpful worker I've ever experienced. She is super helpful but not pushy. I always look forward to stopping in and having her help me!
