Very bad experience.my daughter went for hair cut.she damage my daughter’s hair.I don’t know where this lady learn?amber even don’t know how to make layers.she cut evenly from the back and on the front just make one layer. Plus the rate they showed on website for kids was$25.she charge $35.my son gave her$50 and she asked ,would you like money back , he said yes and she said look in my bag i have nothing in my bag , seriously? They don’t have enough change for customers.and Ms.Amber is taking tip forcefully. Salon loft has a brand name and your employees behave with customers like this I'm very disappointed with this service .
