I just recently started getting my lashes done and I chose DekaLash Dublin because I looked through their social media and I saw some really great pictures and reviews from clients! I see Brittany and she is so lovely. We always have such nice talks and she’s been very understanding and very professional with my lash experience. I will be continuing to go to Deka and see Brittany for a while! :)
This was my first time ever getting a lash lift + tint, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, however I had an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly and my lashes look AMAZING! I was offered a free eye mask and they gave me a blanket + pillow to use while I waited (I fell asleep haha). Such a nice and friendly environment + amazing results! I definitely recommend!!
I hate having to give this 3 stars. The woman who did my lashes was wonderful but the glue made my eyes itch and swell in a crazy way! I had to buy glue removal and take them off. It was a horrible experience. I have gotten lashes many times but this was my first Deka lash experience and I wont be back because the products must just be cheap.
I was really excited to get some lashes, as it's been over a year since I had before. I wish it was a better experience, but I feel my eyes ended up unbalanced with the lashes. My left eye has been a bit irritated and can feel the glue used is more prominent compared to my right eye. It took a couple days for it to calm down. You can tell how natural and full one eye is but how the left is more clumped at the base. I always love having them done but this was the first time at Deka Lash and not sure I'll be back... It looks like others had a beautiful job done in reviews, so maybe I needed guidance on getting a different type of set. UPDATE: Carl, the owner, reached out right away after my review to fix the situation. Having that quick of a response was impressive, so I had Jessica do a removal with a re-do and absolutely love my lashes. She did say the previous lashes were placed too close, causing the irritation and I understand sometimes things like that happen! They feel so good now, also going a little less dense for my light eyelashes. You can tell Jessica has been doing this for awhile (she said 15 years!) and really knew how to make it right. Thank you to Carl, your customer service is amazing. I really appreciate it!
Kayla did an awesome job on my lashes. This was my first time getting my lashes done and it was a great experience. She made sure I was comfortable and made me feel as if I were at home. I have gotten so many compliments on them and it’s only been a few days since getting them done! I definitely recommend Deka Lash, especially Kayla.
