What we asked for and what we got! Very disappointed. We had to go home and take her hair out. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. When checking out I purposely did not add a tip. The stylist added a $15 tip to my charge after I left. I absolutely will never recommend this place!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK!! No response when I reached out to them. Obviously they are not interested in making things right!! THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER
I cannot tell you or stress enough how amazing the manager at this location is. I will forever be a customer as long as she is there. Absolute beautiful human being and so humbly kind to me and my children! We all love our new hair styles ????I was so amazed how well she knew my blonde hair and my high lights have never looked better!! ❤️ Thank you April!!❣️

I had a great experience with April. She permed and then trimmed my hair which came out great. Definitely going back to her again.
If you want the basics of a well-done blowout, NEVER go to this salon. I decided at the last minute on Sunday to go to a salon, I found this one close to my house that was open, I went to the salon, which was empty, I asked if anyone was available to wash my hair and give me a blowout, when I got to the front deck to pick the services I wanted I also decided on deep conditioning. Everything started normally, she washed, I sat for a few minutes in that machine that heats up (I don't know the name), she finished with the things from the sink, I went to the chair. I was already feeling that something wasn't right, for hair that had just gone through deep conditioning, it was completely tangled and had a hard texture, which is not normal for my hair, ok, I continued there hoping that everything would work out. That's when the worst part started, she started drying my hair (which is curled) with a brush that should be used to comb my hair, I thought it was strange but I kept waiting, sometimes people can have different techniques, I I wasn't happy anymore because I knew that my hair wasn't looking good and that even if she did a blowout it wouldn't look good anymore because it was drying completely, that's when she told me that she was done and if I wanted her to use a flat iron, and I said that I had asked for a blowout and I didn't want to do it, she said she did what I asked by drying my hair, I countered saying that that wasn't what I asked for and she asked me what a blowout would be like since I was saying she didn't do what I asked, I showed her a photo of what my hair should look like, she wanted to fix it by saying she could use a round brush (which should have been used from the beginning since I asked for a BLOWOUT) I let her try but on the first pass I gave up because I saw that nothing good would come of it, so I left with my hair like this.
