We are thrilled with the work done on Jan. 22. Our electrical problems have all been resolved. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Even though it was extremely cold, the guys outside continued to work to get the job done. Clean up was perfect. Thanks so much for an excellent job!
Dan and his team are excellent! We needed to upgrade our home’s service to 200 amps and install outlets in our basement and garage. Dan came over and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of calling, and he and his team completed the work the following week within one day. My husband and I just had the most amazing experience with Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington. Their customer service from the initial quote to the actual completion of the service was absolutely stellar. Jose S and Jacob C, the two electricians who came out, were so gracious with us as we both worked from home today and had our 7-month old, rambunctious puppy around as well. They were clean, efficient, and listened to what we wanted. Their work was beyond expectations, and the pricing was so reasonable. We would give 6 stars if we could. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend the company to our friends and family!
We used Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington on a recent job. Very poor communication. Work was fine and over priced. When we attempted to follow up for paperwork we were told to text and use other lines. We got brief responses and then he disappeared. Very disappointing. We have used several electricians over the years and this is not your company. Not professional at all. Stay Away!
