Jacob was amazing! I received a text 30min prior to Jacob's arrival. We went over my exterior drainage concerns & he said replacing my old non-functional sump pump should fix all the issues. He replaced it & my old PVC within the same visit and it immediately started pumping water. I could visually see water flowing out of the PVC pipe from the driveway drains into the sump pump well which was a relief - as another company's quote suggested we needed a sump pump & hydro-jetting and a camera scope! Jacob had assured me all along he didn't think those extra things would be necessary and so far, he seems to be right. We'll see how this week goes with some heavier rain expected but I feel pretty confident in Jacob's assessment & repairs. Jacob was polite, professional, knowledgeable & went the extra mile to tighten down the PVC pipe with a metal strap as it was clunking against the exterior siding when the pump would kick on. Would 100% request Jacob if we ever need drainage services again! Bonus: Roto-Rooter and their solution was $2,000 less expensive than another company!!
My family had an emergency situation since Friday and could not get a hold of landlords. We called roto-rooter and they were able to come assist us. My boyfriend and I have been in our new home less than a week and unexpectedly experienced issues with our sewer line backing up into our main bathroom, as well as pretty extensive tree root blockage in the lines. Noah and Anthony were dispatched to us late in the evening on an emergency call and they arrived on time and well prepared!
