My husband and I have been holding off as long as we could to replace our furnace and a/c. Our furnace ended up being on its last leg and repairs were no longer an option, it needed replaced. Fire and Ice provided us with such a great experience from the beginning to end. We talked with Scott, our sales rep who was not pushy at all. He provided us with a list of our options to install exactly what we needed for a very fair price. With the temps dropping like they did this week, we needed a furnace installed the next day. They had a couple guys come out to install our units and those guys worked their butt's off to get the job done. They did an amazing job! Thank you fire and ice for taking care of us, I highly recommend them - 10/10 experience!
Carlos and Domenic were outstanding. They arrived on time and got right to work installing our mini split system. They were super courteous of our home, placing drop cloths in all work areas. Our upstairs is more comfortable than ever!
My experience with Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning was spectacular. The initial contact with Patti by phone to request repair of a very old a/c was excellent and the arrival of Harry was very quick. Based on the age of the failed a/c and the expense of R22 coolant, I chose to begin an HVAC replacement project with them. Harry laid out exactly what the process was going to be and was so professional! Shane came out and heard my needs (desperation for much quieter unit as it's right in the core of my ranch on a slab) and was able to prepare a packet of options and teach about heat pumps, and the various options and pros and cons. I felt comfortable to move forward with my Rheem system. I chose to replace a very noisy old furnace, as well. (Before and afters include old a/c and furnace along with new.) Billy, Hassen, & Ricardo began work early and Billy discovered my water heater was corroded. It was actually well past its service life. We waiting while a new one arrived, which didn't take long. This crew was able to ALSO install this water heater, which was a good idea given the very cramped space into which this all fits. This was a LONG day for them but they stayed into the evening after 8 PM. The work is pristine. The attention to detail from cleaning up before and after, to adding a cover to protect me from burns, tightening up the water meter which had a tiny leak due to being loose... this was a crew of professionals very dedicated to their work. You can see from the photos how good the new appliances look. I did financing and Shane and Danielle at the office were very efficient. The system itself is great. I'm thrilled with this upgrade. I waiting a long time due to time and other costs, but so glad I hired Fire & Ice.
Domenic and Corey installed my new furnace. They were great. I work from home and was concerned about noise and disruptions during the job but they were very considerate and I barely noticed they were at the house all day. New furnace is working great and they were sure to answer all of my questions very thoroughly. They were very thorough regarding all the checks and testing to make sure everything was working perfectly. It was a great experience just like the sales process before it. Shane did a great job during sales the process making sure I could make an informed decision about my new furnace purchase. I felt comfortable with his experience and knowledge level relative to other companies that quoted us and the price was competitive too!
After getting multiple quotes to replace my HVAC system. I had Scott from Fire & Ice come out for an estimate. Scott was easy to work with and there were no high pressure sales tactics. The price quote was excellent for name brand Carrier equipment. I had received other quotes that were much higher for off brand equipment. This made the decision much easier. It’s nice working with a company that isn’t out to take advantage of their customers. The install team arrived on time to begin the install. They were very professional and easy to work with. They got the installation done within the time they quoted. They cleaned up the workspace after finishing. After having other contractors leave messes in the past. It was nice to see they cared about their work. I’m very happy with the HVAC system. I would happily recommend Fire & Ice to anyone in need of service or a new HVAC system.
