The windows are amazing and beautiful! The sales rep was not pushy and the lady in the office went over and beyond to assist us. The crew was great from start to finish! The crew did 22 windows in one day. Our windows were 60 year old, with aluminum frames.The crew was very efficient and took great care of our home when they were inside. Everyone was easy to work with, it was a wonderful experience! We are beyond happy. We highly recommend Window World!

Thomas was great with giving explanations and very professional. He took his shoes off every time he came into the house. He cleaned up his mess and very efficient.
I called over 2 months ago, to have someone come out and give me a quote. A woman called me back right away and asked what I needed. I told her I only have 2 windows in my condo and need them both replaced. She said she would give my information to scheduling and some would call me with in 3 days. To date, No one has ever called and I got the from another company
