Called to have them come out for a free quote on a patio door I needed done pretty soon and a window I might get replaced later. He came out gave me a price on window and door combined and a one with prices to have it done separately. About week later I called and talked to them about going ahead with the window but not the door because a friend of mine said hey I’ll help you get that door in. He said he would text me back but never did and when I reached back out to see if they was still going to do it he said that there was a three window minimum. Never said anything about that before when I said I just need one window. Wasted my time…
Brian was great and easy to work with! No pressure on the sale, just informative. We haven't had our windows installed yet, but so far everything has been smooth and professional with great customer service.
The Window City Pros definitely went above and beyond for us. It was a lot of money but it was well spent because the windows and doors are very good quality and the installer took the time to make sure everything was done very well. Great investment. Our installer, Terry, was alone because his partner was out sick and he did our whole house by himself in only 6 days. And he was professional, courteous and overall a very friendly guy! And he did an excellent job on everything and even helped us out and replaced a few other miscellaneous things that weren't technically a part of his job! Thanks Terry!
