We have place 2 to-go orders in the last month and had issues with both of them. Someone gave our subs to another customer but made it up to us. That was good. On Feb. 22, I spent almost $100 on 3 XL pizzas and one of them was marred. It looked like all the toppings were scrapped off of 1/4 of the pizza, leaving 5 pieces bare. We did not see it until we got home. I called and was told a manager would call me back the next day, which never happened. Quality and service seriously lacking. I’m sure the kid who boxed it would not have taken it home either. We love supporting local but what a disappointment.
Stopped here for lunch. I ordered an Italian sub buffalo wings and fries at the counter, then I sat down, and they brought it to me. It looked and and all tasted good. Fries were perfectly crisp. The wings had the right amount of sauce, and the sub tasted exactly like an Italian sub should taste. If you ever pass through Plain City or live here, I would suggest trying out Jan and Tony's pizza place. They do take out and have food delivery services. I know if I pass through here I am stopping here again.
Our car rally club showed up on a Saturday evening with 13 ppl. Even though the staff was short a couple ppl they were very accommodating. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The staff was amazing! Please give them some love and stop by!
