Got a massage, facial, and pedicure! I spent around $400. The massage and facial were really nice. The staff was friendly. This was my first time here, and I spent like 6 hours at the spa. I was hoping to relax in a robe for the day, and go to my different appointments. I came with a duffle with clothes, and the person who welcomed me, brought me up to the waiting room, but didn’t show me locker or changing rooms. So I didn’t even know there was robes until I left. I had no where to put my things. There was a waiting room, but it had outdated and uncomfortable seating. It would have been much nicer if this area had some lounge chairs to relax in. The welcome lady offered me water when I came, but nothing after that. I was there for 6 hours, and was never shown the refreshment area. There wasn’t any staff that came by other than the next service person to check in. The services were good, and the ladies were friendly, but the overall experience wasn’t tranquil like you look for in a spa. It was somewhere I would go to just get something done and then leave again, not somewhere I would go to spend more than an hour. BB did a fantastic massage!

I'm new to this salon and have had 2 appointments. First one was a haircut with Gianna. I've tried hair stylists all over this city at top salons and was having a difficult time finding someone that would actually listen and cut my hair well. Gianna blew me away. I'm extremely impressed. Finally someone listened and knew what they were doing. My cut was perfection. She's amazing!!!!
This was my first visit to River Ridge Spa for a haircut. Paige was my stylist. She was very sweet and easy to talk with. She went through my daily routine and figured out the best option for my cut then gave the BEST head massage. I’m very happy with my cut and will be back!
A++!! Excellence, care, & comfort is what the massage techs aim to deliver here! I can’t speak for all the other services they provide here but I finally found an upscale place that has experienced and knowledgeable masseuses. They have bathrooms, a waiting room while you wait to be shown to your room, coffee, water, and hot tea to drink before and after your session! The customer service and kind happy faces from the staff is rare and much appreciated. The deep tissue massage by Abigail was perfect. Thank you Abigail for giving me a wonderful experience today and some muscle tension relief!
