Had an amazing experience at Toy Barn, Thanks to an amazing salesman named Cross. Cross was super easy to work with and overall a great guy. I originally went up to test drive a different car, but I ended up falling in love with an Audi S4. I ended up getting some customization work done to it from the team at Toy Barn, and it came out perfect. Cross kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even drove the car an hour closer to us so we didt have to drive as far. If you ever go to Toy Barn I highly recommend Cross.

Honestly one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Cross from the beginning not pushy in any way and personal. Being from the south I appreciate that level of service and care. He took the time to get to know me, and why I wanted what I wanted. That means a lot in my personal situation because I was trading a car that I still like for another that I knew I would enjoy more quite possibly. He worked a lot of hours to make my purchase a lot of fun for me. My entire family was hoping for this for me and he ultimately made it happen and I do thank him for all the work! Only downside is I didn’t get to personally meet Cross who I could see being a close friend in the long run!
Great experience buying my 2024 Supra. Greg was awesome. Place was relaxed and had lots of selection. I was able to test drive the Supra and another Porsche that I was considering at the same time. Paperwork went quick even with my infant son with me at the time. I did not feel one bit intimidated or judged as a young woman in this dealership.
