John and his project Manager, Trevor, have been amazing to work with. We completed our kitchen/bathroom/laundry room remodel in 2024. It's absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is high-level in it's detail and professionalism. After the remodel, we contacted Creative Kitchen to touch up a few items that you only discover once we were up and running again. A quick call to Trevor, and workmen were there the next day As well, we had a leak from our upstairs bathtub to our kitchen and thought maybe this, too, was related to the remodel. Jason and Aaron came right out and discovered the leak came from a worn out seal from the tub - nothing related to the remodel - and they fixed it anyway. I HIGHLY recommend Creative Kitchen and look forward to using them again for our primary bathroom! Superior quality, superior integrity.
What a difference refacing our outdated kitchen cabinets has made! The kitchen is much brighter, more up-to-date and seems larger. Several "exploratory" meetings with Boni, our rep and designer, finalized decisions on style and color as well as functional enhancements such as pull out drawer boxes in lower cabinets. Prior to installation, I had the opportunity to meet the owners who further increased my comfort level of doing business with The Creative Kitchen Company. Rod was our installer and was super easy to work with. But more importantly, he is a real craftsman and perfectionist. His workmanship shows in the final product, and is also evident in the little details that would go un-noticed. The project was completed in 4 1/2 consecutive days and at the end of each work day, the kitchen was cleaned up so that we could function as normal in our kitchen. Following completion, Boni returned for a final walk through, and also helped us choose paint colors for the walls. I also have to give a "shout out" to Hannah who is the scheduler, receptionist and "Jill of all trades". We had several visits to the showroom and numerous conversations and she was always upbeat, friendly and got messages to the right people. From beginning to completion, we were highly satisfied with the people, the process, the results and highly recommend The Creative Kitchen Company. They offer a wide range of services from refacing to complete kitchen remodeling.
We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen! The Creative Kitchen listened to our ideas and executed them perfectly. When they ran into an issue with a load bearing beam, they lived up to their name and got creative and kept the project moving. Everyone involved was polite and professional. They did such a good job that we had them do our bathroom too!
The Creative Kitchen Company gave my kitchen and two bathrooms a facelift. They turned out beautiful and I enjoyed working with the members of the CKC team. The pricing is fair and we stayed on budget. I'm very happy with the work they did and how my three rooms turned out!
When we decided to remodel the kitchen in our 1940's cape cod, we knew finding the right contractor would be critical. There isn't a lot of space, or opportunity to expand the footprint, so we wanted to make the most of the space we have. We also knew we wanted a designer to help us with layout and finishing choices. The Creative Kitchen Company was recommended by a friend with a beautiful, but much larger kitchen. Once I met with our designer, Boni, I knew that Creative Kitchen was the right call. Boni was amazing to work with. She took the time to understand how I used my kitchen and made great suggestions on how to approach the layout, all while keeping our budget front and center. She did a great job of helping me decide where to save money and where investing made sense. I really appreciated her perspective and I am so happy that I listened to her suggestions. Hannah and Jonetta were also great. They were so helpful with my finish choices and with answering any questions I had very quickly. All of them worked really hard to help me find the counter materials I wanted. They helped me to find a less common material (soapstone) at a great price. They actively worked to secure it once it was in and helped me to set up time to quickly view it and reserve it. I would not have had the counters I wanted without their help. I will write a separate review of how great Konkus was as well. All of the people who worked on our kitchen were great. They were all professional, kind, and skilled. Trevor was great about communicating and letting me know where we were with the schedule. He was also patient with questions and changes and was very responsive when we had any important questions. Drew, Anthony, Rod, Nick, Aaron, and Gabe were all fantastic and I can't say enough about their quality of work and professionalism. I love my kitchen and am so glad we worked with the Creative Kitchen Company to make it happen. It's hard to find great contractors who also genuinely care about making sure their customers get the best results, and the Creative Kitchen Company is definitely one of the best.
