My wife and I had a great consultation with Richie White. He was exceptional and thoroughly explained everything to us! He was professional, courteous, and genuine. He explained the inspection, results, repair options, and final contract in perfect detail. He walked us through options and didn't push anything that wasn't needed on us. I felt at ease and completely trusted Richie - he's a great guy and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs these services. We are looking forward to the work being completed.
Never have I been compelled to leave a bad review for a company but I have now been driven to the point of doing so. My family’s basement flooded back in November and we were very quick to make the connections with this company to get it fixed. They started the job, but it has yet to be finished. We have been ignored, there have been very few follow ups (no call back in a month despite repeatedly asking for a follow up) and it’s now been 9 months without a basement. I am extremely dissatisfied.
Hollis Smith did a wonderful job explaining all the details and listening to our concerns. Professionalism and quality is worth the price to know that our home will be well taken care of. Looking forward to the next steps
